Google Workspace to Microsoft 365, several hundred users
A Bulgarian industrial group with several hundred users and over 21 TiB of mail and files needed to leave Google Workspace for Microsoft 365 without interrupting operations across offices and sites. IT Outsource ran the assessment, designed a phased, ISO 27001:2022-aligned plan, resolved path-length and permission conflicts before migration, and moved the organisation in waves. Result: one tenant, one identity, one set of security policies.
Tenant consolidation and validated Microsoft 365 in clinical research
A clinical research organisation in the Middle East needed a single, validated Microsoft 365 environment. IT Outsource delivered a full IT SOP set (computerised-system validation, change management, security, backup, incident management) with qualification packages for the Microsoft 365 workloads, then consolidated a related entity’s tenant into the group tenant (Exchange, OneDrive, SharePoint and Intune-managed devices), with penetration testing and a service-management helpdesk as part of the ongoing engagement.
Security build and managed service for a pharmaceutical distributor
A pharmaceutical distributor in the Gulf on Microsoft 365 needed managed security and administration. IT Outsource deployed Intune for Windows and macOS, Conditional Access and MFA, Defender, Microsoft Sentinel monitoring and cloud backup with a business-continuity plan, then took over monthly administration under a written SLA with a monthly service-delivery report.

A company discovered unauthorised activity from a compromised cloud account. IT Outsource reconstructed the timeline from audit logs, identified and removed the persistence mechanisms, rotated the affected identities and delivered an evidence report the client could use with its partners.
