These Terms and Conditions regulate the use of itoutsource.bg, hereinafter referred to as the “Website”.

1. Intellectual Property

1. All intellectual property rights regarding the information resources and content available on the Website are exercised by the Operator. The same are protected under the Bulgarian Copyright and Related Rights Act, and any use of content from the Website without the consent of the Operator constitutes a violation of the law, which may result in civil, administrative, or criminal liability.

2. In the event of copying or reproducing information beyond what is permitted, as well as any other infringement of the intellectual property rights over the Operator’s resources, the Operator shall have the right to claim compensation for all direct and indirect damages suffered.

2. Limitation of Liability
